Martha’s Table’s no-cost clothing boutique is now available to DC’s returning citizens

Local nonprofit Martha’s Table announced a new partnership with the Mayor’s Office on Returning Citizen Affairs to open its Outfitters program to returning citizens who are coming home to D.C. A credit card to Martha’s Table Outfitters is now included in the welcome home package MORCA provides, with no extra referral step or application process required.

National Museum of the American Indian announces Thanksgiving Partnership with Martha’s Table

Chef Freddie of Mitsitam Cafe announces the Thanksgiving Dinner-to-go meals will benefit Martha’s Table. For every 25 orders, the National Museum of the American Indian will donate a meal to a Martha’s Table family!

Mike Masserman, Head of Global Policy and Social Impact at Lyft

“Twenty three and a half million Americans are living in food deserts. In places like D.C., in Ward Seven and Eight, they’re also living in transportation deserts. So, we partner with Martha’s Table in DC to provide reduced rides for people to get to the grocery store,” Masserman says. “We’re now launching that program all across the country.”
