Martha’s Table cares about your online privacy. This privacy policy serves to inform you of what information we may collect about you on this website (the “Site”), and how we may use that information. Please note that this privacy policy may change from time to time. We will post any revised policy on this page, and if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice about the change.
Any material changes to the policy will be effective thirty (30) calendar days following such notice to prior users of the Site, and will be effective immediately for new users of the Site. If you subscribe to Martha’s Table e-newsletter, request additional information about Martha’s Table, submit a donation online, or participate in any of the other services on the Site that require personal information, we may request your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address in order to respond to your inquiries. If you send a friend an online postcard, we may request your name and email address as well as the name and email address of the friend to whom you wish to send the postcard. Martha’s Table may collect and store the information you choose to provide us, including name, address, and email address, in order to send you information about Martha’s Table, as well as about our partners and third parties in connection with events for which Martha’s Table is a partner or beneficiary. If you make a donation to Martha’s Table and elect to pay online, Martha’s Table will collect the necessary financial information to process the donation.

From time to time, we may request information from you via online polls or surveys.
