What is Emotional Wellness at Martha’s Table? 

Emotional Wellness programs provide participants with hands-on skills to improve their mental health after day one. Topics vary month-to-month.

Healthy Happy Hour:

Join us on Wednesdays from 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm Martha’s Table will be hosting a new Healthy Happy Hour! Meet on our garden terrace for complimentary mocktails, snacks, music, and games all centered around wellness.

Each week will follow a unique theme and showcase food provided by local farmers and our own MT garden, followed by various cooking, gardening, health and emotional wellness activities!

For those who want an extra dose of wellness, stick around for our GoGo fitness class directly following Happy Hour!
