On February 7, the community gathered at Martha’s Table to celebrate Frederick Douglass’s 207th birthday. The event honored Douglass’s legacy with performances, hands-on activities, and inspiring speeches. Highlights included live music, interactive history lessons, and opportunities to learn about figures like Mary McLeod Bethune, offering attendees a chance to engage and reflect on the importance of advocacy and education.
