Thank you for your interest in donating clothing and baby items to Martha’s Table.
Your new and gently used donations will directly support children and families who shop at Martha’s Outfitters, our no-cost boutique!

 

Through our partnership with B-Thrifty’s “Project B-Green” program, we’re now proud to offer scheduled pick-ups for your generous clothing donations. Please click below to schedule your clothing pick-up today and select “Martha’s Table” from the drop-down menu!

Wish List

Martha’s Table accepts new and/or gently used donations of:

  • Clothing for babies and children of all ages
  • Children’s shoes
  • Adult business and business casual clothing
  • Belts and ties for all ages
  • Adult shoes
  • Books for children of all ages and reading levels
  • Coats, scarves, and gloves (in fall/winter only)

Donation Guidelines

Martha’s Table is dedicated to providing the highest quality clothing for our children and families. We kindly ask that all donations be:

  • Clean, free of stains/smells, and in good condition
  • Neatly folded and placed in sturdy boxes or bags

Please refrain from donating clothing with tears, stains, holes, broken zippers, or missing buttons; shoes with cracks, holes, or mold, and broken jewelry.

Unaccepted Items:

We unfortunately cannot accept the following items:

  • Mattresses or box springs
  • Clothes hangers
  • Medical equipment
  • Furniture
  • Household goods and/or appliances
  • Electronics

Other organizations may accept these items, including: N Street Village, A Wider Circle, DC Coalition for the
Homeless, So Others May Eat, Vietnam Veterans of America, or the DC Mutual Aid Network.
