The VFC-VR Auto Technician Training Program
The VFC-VR Auto Technician Training Program is an innovative, virtual reality (VR) based learning platform designed to transform how auto technicians are trained and educated. It provides an engaging and accessible learning experience, allowing students to master automotive diagnostics, repair, and maintenance through realistic scenarios and immediate feedback. VFC’s VR technology ensures safe, efficient, and cost-effective training for aspiring auto technicians.

Program Logistics
Our new VFC-VR program combines virtual reality technology with automotive training to create a unique learning experience. This 7.5-week program will provide you with:
- PAID Hands-On Training: Gain practical auto diagnostics, repair, and maintenance skills through immersive VR simulations. Participants will receive a stipend for completing the training.

Valuable ASE Certifications: Earn two highly regarded ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) Certifications upon successful completion of the program. (upon successful passing of credential exams)
- Career Opportunities: Prepare for a rewarding automotive career with training covering everything from general maintenance to advanced repairs.
What to Expect:
The 7.5-week preparatory program uses a virtual reality platform to expose individuals to auto mechanic training through immersive Virtual Reality experiences. Individuals gain experience in general maintenance and light repairs, such as oil changes, minor electrical repairs, tire changing and balancing, mastering techniques for replacing brake pads, rotors, and calipers, and diagnosing system problems with precision and expertise.
Key Requirements:
- In-Person Attendance: Attend daily training Monday to Thursday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
- Willingness to Be Coached: Open to receiving guidance and feedback to support your development.
- Ability to Work Independently: Demonstrate the capability to work independently while maintaining engagement and productivity.
