  • WEDNESDAY Go-Go Fitness

    Join Martha’s Table at the Commons, every Wednesday from 7 PM to 8 PM for Go-Go Fitness! Go-Go Fitness, offered by DA Go-Go Fitness, is a comprehensive fitness class that provides a great cardio workout with several toning moves incorporated throughout each routine.

    Participants can walk in every Wednesday, no registration is required!

  • THURSDAY Double Dutch 4 Fun

    Join Martha’s Table at the Commons, every Thursday from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM for Double Dutch! Double Dutch 4 Fun, offered by DC Retro Jumpers, helps develop coordination and strong motor skills, such as jumping, and promotes good sportsmanship, completion, teamwork, and healthy exercise.

     

    Participants can walk in every Thursday, no registration is required!
