Join us every week for virtual no-cost fitness sessions featuring the DMV’s top trainers and wellness professionals!

  • MONDAYLet's Get Moving

    These virtual classes will consist of HIIT, Aerobic Training, and group resistance training. This is an experience that attendees of all ages and fitness levels can enjoy

    10:00 AM – 11:00 AM

  • TUESDAYJazz Funk

    This jazz funk class is filled with fun, high energy and creativity. Participants will learn the basic terminology of jazz and will be able to execute combinations and choreography.

    7:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  • WEDNESDAY Stepping Into Fitness

    This class is designed to build healthy families that workout together and learn stepping basics. An easy to follow class that families can safely participate in their own homes.

  • THURSDAY Yoga with Tierra Briscoe

    Come catch a vibe. pull up your mat, along with an open heart and mind. This flow is all about intentional movement and connecting the body, mind & spirit. A flow for all levels and experiences. Take time to drop more into your body & relax!

    6:30 PM – 7:30 PM

  • FRIDAY We Fit DC

    These virtual classes will consist of HIIT, Compound, and Functional training.  WEFITDC not only focuses on the physical aspect of fitness but we want to make sure each attendee grasp the importance of self-love. WEFITDC is an experience that attendees of all ages and fitness levels can enjoy.
