At Martha’s Table, we were proud to carry on the legacy of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. by fostering a stronger, more connected community. Dr. King dedicated his life to service and justice, reminding us that “service isn’t just a moment—it’s a lifelong commitment to making things better.” To honor his legacy, we partnered with volunteers and community partners to bring his vision to life.

We’re thrilled to launch our Barbers and Beauticians of the Future program, designed to help youth explore exciting careers in barbering and cosmetology. This isn’t just a training program—it’s a career-building experience that supports young people as they develop real-world skills, gain hands-on experience, and create pathways to sustainable careers.
