Programs

For over 35 years, Martha’s Table has worked to support stronger children, stronger families, and stronger communities by increasing access to quality education programs, healthy food, and family supports. We believe that every child deserves the opportunity for their brightest future, and a deeply engaged family and community committed to their success.  Our work focuses on four areas: Healthy Start, Healthy EatingHealthy Connections, and Community Support Services.

I'm a regular with McKenna's Wagon. Where would I go to get food, if not there? I'm glad Martha's Table is here.

Education Programs

Our high quality, nationally accredited Healthy Start program offers full day early childhood education to children from 3 months to 3 years of age, as well as out-of-school time programming for pre-kindergarten and elementary-aged students. These comprehensive programs lay the framework for school readiness and help students develop skills to ensure academic and life success. Our educators employ an intentional practice, which incorporates the most up to date, best in class research on how children learn and develop.

Food Access Programs

Martha’s Table believes that access to fresh, healthy food is essential for supporting stronger children, families, and community. Our Healthy Eating initiatives work to ensure healthy food for those in need and support children and their families to make healthy choices.

Community Support Services

In addition to our integrated programs, Martha’s Table runs emergency relief programs that meet the basic, fundamental needs of our neighbors in crisis. Programs Include: McKenna’s Wagon, our daily mobile food truck; our 7 day a week emergency lobby market; our 4 pm daily meal service; and clothing services through Martha’s Outfitters and the Martha’s Outlet program.
