This season of love, give yourself the gift of wellness, creativity, and connection. Here are a few ways to recharge and prioritize yourself:

Express Yourself Through Art

Creativity is a beautiful way to practice self-love. Our Art as Healing Classes invite you to explore artistic expression as a tool for relaxation and self-discovery. Whether you’re painting, drawing, or experimenting with new mediums, you’re giving yourself permission to create without judgment.

Sip, Socialize, and Unwind

Self-love includes surrounding yourself with positive energy! Our Healthy Happy Hour events offer a fun way to connect with others while enjoying refreshing, non-alcoholic drinks. Prioritize your well-being in a relaxed and uplifting space. Each week, participants can choose to take part in a self-care activity!
