Emotional Wellness

Our Emotional Wellness program offers fun, holistic mental health activities for the community. From mindfulness and expressive arts to therapeutic movement and community building, we provide space and tools for personal growth and future wellness.

 I understand that by giving consent to participate in programs offered by Martha’s Table, I also consent to participating in the evaluation of the effectiveness of these programs. I understand that any information collected may be used for program improvement, internal reporting, and, if applicable, for research or publications that share overall findings/group trends. Individual responses and personal identifying information will not be made public. Further, I understand that participation in any evaluation activity is completely voluntary and I may withdraw at any time without consequence. For questions or concerns about data use, including upcoming reports/publications, please reach out to the program Director, Sarina Sechrist, at ssechrist@marthastable.org.
