What does wellness look like to you? 

Maybe it’s a quiet moment for yourself. Maybe it’s laughing with friends. Or maybe it’s finding a creative way to express how you feel. Wellness starts with small, meaningful moments, where you can prioritize yourself. When we take care of our minds and emotions, we build stronger, healthier communities together. This April, we’re inviting you to Spring into Wellness with us.

Grow Your Wellness This April

Throughout the month, our Emotional Wellness program is offering activities designed to help you feel calm, connected, and supported. When you participate, you’ll not only invest in your well-being, you’ll also get a little something to take home!

  • Take home a plant: Complete an Emotional Wellness activity and receive a plant to care for and grow
  • Enter to win a massage gift card: Each activity you complete earns you one raffle entry
  • The more you join, the more chances you have to win!

It’s our way of celebrating your commitment to yourself.

Spring reminds us that every new day is an opportunity to nurture our well-being and let joy bloom from within. This April, I encourage all our neighbors to join our Healthy Happy Hour and Art groups, come connect, create, and celebrate together. Plus, everyone who participates gets a gorgeous plant to brighten their home! Embrace the season’s renewal! Your health and happiness matters.

Ways to Join Us:

  • Art as Healing: Explore your creativity through painting, sculpting, jewelry-making, and more. Art can help you relax, express yourself, and feel inspired.
  • Healthy Happy Hour: Join us every Wednesday from 5:00–6:30 PM for a fun and welcoming space. Enjoy mocktails, snacks, music, and games while connecting with others.
  • Individual Counseling: We offer referrals for one-on-one support through our partners at Community Wellness Ventures. You don’t have to navigate challenges alone.
  • Mindful Moment: Sign up for weekly wellness prompts, including journaling ideas, meditation tools, and simple ways to care for your mental health each day.

 

Wellness That Lasts

At Martha’s Table, we know that wellness is not just one moment; it’s a journey. All of our Emotional Wellness offerings are no-cost and open to everyone. We are here to create spaces where neighbors feel supported, valued, and connected. This April, take a step toward feeling your best. Try something new. Meet new friends. Take time for yourself. And maybe, take home a plant and a little more peace, too!
