Martha’s Table has been honored with the 2019 Board Leadership Award from the Center for Nonprofit Advancement! When applying to the Board Leadership award, Martha’s Table’s application was submitted in an impressive pool of other local nonprofit organizations. 

This is a big honor for all of us! 

We are so proud of our down-to-earth, and engaging Board, who is deeply committed to our mission and fiercely dedicated to equity, centering community voices, access, and engagement in all of their investments and partnerships. 

The Board Leadership Award is a celebration of everything Martha’s Table has accomplished over the years – from moving our headquarters to the Southeast community with The Commons, to standing firmly alongside our community in Northwest, with the Maycroft, to our successful Head Start application, ongoing diversity and inclusion work, and so much more.

A huge thank you to all team members who showed up to represent Martha’s Table at the award ceremony on July 25. We mingled with other up and coming non-profits dedicated to the empowerment of their constituents.
