Spreading Love at Anacostia River Fest

Were you there? If so, tag us in a photo! We had such a great time meeting neighbors and spreading the joy of healthy eating at last weekend’s Anacostia River Festival at Anacostia Park.

Member of MT’s Youth Council joined Chef Rob and other staff to pass out delicious apple-cabbage saute samples (with food prep help from children) and information about The Commons. The bad weather didn’t stop us from dancing and having a ball with community members. We can’t wait until next year!
