Sips went big this year and was hosted at the NEWSEUM, a stark contrast to the three story brownstone on 16th St. the two previous years. We didn’t loose the inviting, energetic feeling of Sips though. Chefs featured mouth watering tastings while an eclectic group of artisans showcased their talents and products from Oysters to homemade pies to Armenian string cheese demonstrations. There were 20 Suppers this year, all running simultaneously. Each chef and host provided a unique dining experience for their guests. Here are some great articles of a few of the Suppers.
